Regulation II(d) Waiver
A player who has previously qualified under residency or school location for WLL and played in our league may remain in our league after having moved to a new residence or school. As long as the player lived or attended school within the boundary and played with our league, they may continue service with our league if the player’s address or school location changed, the league’s boundary changed, or the player is a sibling of a player who previously qualified for II(d).
Regulation IV(h) Waiver
If a person has previously resided within WLL’s boundaries for two or more years while serving our league as a dedicated manager, coach, or member of the Board of Directors for two or more years, his/her sons and/or daughters are eligible to try out and be selected by teams in our league provided such service to WLL has continued and subject to written agreement from the league within whose boundaries they currently reside.
In both cases, a II(d) or IV(h) waiver form will need to be completed and then approved by the District Administrator. The completed form needs to be accompanied by proof of residency documents for the previous address that was within the league boundary.
Out-of-Boundary Waiver Request
Any player who does not meet the residency/school requirements for the requesting league must have approval from the Little League Charter Committee/Region Office to participate in any manner. The instructions for completing an Out-of-Boundary Waiver Request are included in the link above.
